As Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe, you lead regional tax professionals supporting multiple European countries. You oversee compliance activities, guide tax matters, and collaborate with Group Tax, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Payroll, and local stakeholders. Your work strengthens controls, manages risks, and supports practical tax solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop the Europe Tax & Compliance team Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT,



and withholding tax compliance Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance activities Manage tax risks and escalate issues appropriately Improve controls, documentation, and standardized regional processes Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline Minimum eight years' international tax or finance experience Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a team Knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax Fluent English with solid analytical and stakeholder skills Bring European tax expertise, team leadership, and process improvement skills to Vanderlande's regional compliance organization.
