Lead IRATA Level 3 rope access operations across Alberta while applying advanced rigging, rescue, and industrial inspection expertise. This project-based work supports client sites throughout the province. Echo NDE seeks an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician for leadership-focused industrial work. The position combines inspections, maintenance, repairs, specialized trade work, and safe execution of rope access activities. You will guide Level 1 and Level 2 technicians while supporting safety, quality, and client-focused service. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure rope access activities follow IRATA standards and company policies Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs,



and specialized trade work Plan rigging setups and complete hazard assessments Conduct toolbox meetings, rescue plans, and emergency responses Mentor and evaluate Level 1 and Level 2 technicians Requirements:

Valid IRATA Level 3 certification in good standing Minimum two years of industrial IRATA Level 3 experience Standard First Aid certification and valid driver’s license Robust rope access theory, rigging, hauling, and rescue knowledge Leadership, communication, safety, and problem-solving skills Bring advanced rope access, rigging, rescue, and leadership capabilities to Echo NDE’s Alberta client projects.
