As Engineering Manager, Voyager, you will guide platform and innovation work across infrastructure, research, and production delivery. You will balance exploratory spikes with systems other teams depend on. The role combines technical judgment, people management, and cross-functional leadership across Relay. Key Responsibilities:

Own shared LLM systems through design, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle Lead research initiatives evaluating emerging technologies and adoption recommendations Provide tooling, patterns,
