Lead corporate restructuring engagements in Toronto using financial analysis, cash flow modelling, and stakeholder communication skills. BDO uses a blended work model. As a Manager on BDO’s Corporate Restructuring team, you will advise clients navigating financial distress, liquidity challenges, and operational underperformance. You will manage engagement components, assess restructuring alternatives, and support formal insolvency and informal turnaround mandates. The work includes receiverships, bankruptcies, proposals, and CCAA proceedings. Key Responsibilities:

Advise stakeholders through financial reviews and restructuring engagements Analyze cash flow models, projections,



and business plans Assess risks and develop stabilization and turnaround recommendations Lead deliverables, priorities, timelines, and engagement team members Present reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders Requirements:

Two or more years of relevant advisory experience Canadian CPA designation required Working knowledge of BIA and CCAA legislation Robust financial analysis and modelling skills Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and travel flexibility Apply corporate restructuring, financial modelling, and stakeholder leadership expertise as BDO’s Toronto Manager.
