Lead embedded firmware architecture at Pulsenics using C/C++ and real-time systems for electrochemical testing devices. Own accuracy, control, and reliability. As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will shape firmware across bare-metal, RTOS, and embedded Linux environments. You will support devices testing batteries, electrolyzers, and fuel cells. The work demands architectural judgment, hands-on debugging, and ownership of robust systems used by industrial and research organizations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead firmware architecture across control, monitoring, safety, and measurement subsystems Define firmware abstractions, interfaces, and APIs for maintainability Implement time-critical C/C++ firmware on ARM Cortex microcontrollers Enforce unit, integration, hardware-in-the-loop,
and system validation Document architecture, design decisions, and implementation details clearly Requirements:
Seven or more years developing ARM-based embedded firmware Expert embedded C/C++ skills across bare-metal and RTOS systems Experience shipping reliable instrumentation, control, or power electronics firmware Hands-on debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab instrumentation Degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field Bring architectural ownership, embedded C/C++, and hardware debugging expertise to Pulsenics’ electrochemical measurement platforms.
