Lead catering solutions and special events as Aramark’s Catering Hospitality Services Manager, applying event planning and team leadership expertise. This leadership position requires event-based availability.

Reporting to the Director of Suites + Catering Hospitality, you will manage catering delivery requests and client events from introduction through final payment. The position oversees internal and external events, game day planning for Brookstreet Lounge and Ice Level Bar, team services for NHL and PWHL teams, and backstage catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop catering solutions that meet customer needs
- Lead teams executing events and catering deliveries
- Prepare Banquet Event Orders and confirm requests




- Forecast revenue and track catering expenses
- Ensure food, occupational, and environmental safety compliance

Requirements:

- Minimum five years managing high volume events, hospitality, or catering
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
- Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
