This Quality Engineer SDET role focuses on testing chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational platforms. You will create test scenarios, execute regression suites, analyze conversations, and document defects. The work includes collaboration with developers, AI engineers, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate chatbot accuracy, relevance, completeness, and consistency
- Create test scenarios, cases, and regression suites
