Baker – Early Morning Shift

Leavenly Goods Bakery is looking for a dedicated and reliable Baker to join our growing wholesale production team. We specialize in premium pastries, viennoiserie, and baked goods supplied to cafés, hotels, and specialty retailers throughout the Lower Mainland.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, takes pride in quality, and enjoys starting the day early.

Schedule

- Early morning shift: 4:00 AM start
- 8-hour shift
- Full-time
- Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

- Bake and finish products for daily wholesale deliveries.
- Ensure all products meet Leavenly Goods’ quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place for the following day’s production.
- Monitor and maintain ingredient and pastry inventory.
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with general production and bakery operations as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous professional baking experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of baking methods, mixing, proofing,



and baking techniques.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment.
