Summary

As a Service Technician at Backyard Canada Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position involves providing technical support and maintenance for our outdoor products, ensuring that each customer enjoys a seamless experience in their backyard.

Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of outdoor products sold by Backyard Canada.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure products are functioning correctly and safely.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.

Requirements





- Previous experience in a technical or service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Electrical and plumbing experience and asset.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for outdoor living and backyard enjoyment is an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
