Job Summary

AppGrowly (www.appgrowly.com) is seeking a customer-focused Product Owner to guide products from discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement. You will connect customer and business needs with engineering, design, and other stakeholders, translating priorities into clear requirements and helping teams deliver valuable, reliable products. The role may support SaaS, B2B, mobile applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.

Duties

- Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures.
- Lead requirements gathering through customer research, stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and review of product analytics.
- Translate business goals and user needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring work is clear, actionable, and aligned with product objectives.
- Partner with engineering, design, quality assurance, sales, and support teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with teams using Agile or SAFe practices; adapt to Waterfall environments when needed.
- Support product discovery, product development, release planning, launch readiness, and post-launch evaluation.
- Make informed decisions using customer feedback, analysis skills, technical input, and business data.
- Coordinate integrations and technical requirements involving APIs, databases,



and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Communicate decisions, risks, dependencies, and progress clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Use tools such as Jira or TFS to manage backlogs, requirements, and delivery workflows.

Skills

- Experience in product management or product ownership, ideally supporting software or digital products.
- Strong leadership, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Secure; familiarity with Waterfall and the broader SDLC.
- Ability to conduct requirements gathering, assess user and business needs, and write clear acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Familiarity with software development, product development, SaaS, mobile applications, or Internet of Things products.
- Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and AWS; familiarity with SQL, HTML, Java, and Git is helpful.
- Experience with Jira or TFS, and comfort reviewing analytics to guide product decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Exposure to B2B sales processes or collaboration with sales teams is a plus.

Pay: $155,000.00-$195,000.00 per year
