About the Luxury Housekeeper Position

Jayne's Luxury Rentals is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, service-minded Luxury Housekeepers to join our team. Our main fulfillment facility and staff housing is located in Port Carling, ON where the main base of our operation is. From there our team supports properties with majority being throughout the Muskoka area and as well we do service properties throughout Ontario's popular destinations like Collingwood, Toronto, and Georgian Bay to name a few.

We approach everything we do with meticulous attention to detail, so our clients can book with complete peace of mind, knowing every property has been thoroughly sanitized and beautifully organized for our guests. Whether you are preparing a property to be rental ready, performing a mid-week cleaning, or completing a turnover after a rental, you will work efficiently and carefully to deliver an exceptional experience.

In addition to our rental properties, we also serve independent clients whose homes are not rental related, and we bring the same high standard of care and excellent customer service to every one of them.

Luxury Housekeeper Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize all assigned areas with exceptional attention to detail,



including all areas of the property interior and some exterior responsibilities as well as and washing and changing bed linens and towels
- Ensure each rental property is fully rental ready, completely sanitized, and well organized for incoming guests
- Perform mid-week cleanings and post-rental turnovers
- Provide cleaning services for independent clients whose properties are not rental related
- Keep common staff areas tidy and well-maintained (stock rooms, linen room, office, staff housing)
- Maintain all equipment, reporting any issues or damages to management
- Assist our fulfillment teams when necessary (opportunity for additional training)
- Comply with all health and safety regulations while acting in line with company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients with emphasis on professional communication and presentability towards fellow team members, clients and guests

Luxury Housekeeper Requirements

- Previous experience working as a Housekeeper preferred (compensation varies as per previous related work experience)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Able to work efficiently both independently and in a team
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds, bend, extend, reach and standing throughout your day
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills
