Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fine grading, site prep, trenching, and backfilling
- Assist with installation of landscaping features (retaining walls, patios, drainage systems, etc.)
- Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and elevations
- Load, move, and distribute materials (soil, gravel, mulch, etc.)
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with crew members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and secure job site
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment (preferably in landscaping or construction)
- Experience with fine grading and detailed work is strongly preferred
- Ability to read plans and use grade controls (laser level, string lines, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license (AZ/DZ is an asset)
- Strong understanding of safety practices
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions





Preferred Skills

- Experience with hardscaping installations (pavers, retaining walls)
- Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Working Conditions

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
