Operate snowplows and heavy equipment with Ledcor Highways Ltd. during Alberta’s winter season. Help keep local highways safe while working outdoors in changing weather.

This winter seasonal operator position runs from October 1st to April 30th, with potential for year-round employment. You will maintain Alberta Provincial Highways using snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other equipment. The work also includes labourer duties supporting highway maintenance and hazard remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and heavy equipment
- Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways throughout winter operations
- Assist with crack sealing and pothole repair
- Clean bridges and highway signage
- Work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements:
- Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 license with air endorsement
- Transparent three-year driver’s abstract
- Complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Lift up to 50 pounds during physically demanding work
- Snowplow or wheel loader experience is an asset
