We are hiring for 1 (one) Head of General Maintenance position. This position is a full-time contract position LOCATED IN ALGONQUIN PARK with a April 28th 2026 start date until the end of our season on October 31st, 2025.

Pay is based on an hourly wage of $26-31/hour plus a share of our generous tip pool. For a full-time staff member in 2025, tips worked out to an extra $11,500 cumulative for the entire season (per staff), or almost $10 more per hour.

Qualifications/Duties include:

- Experienced in the areas of general maintenance with an emphasis on plumbing
- Knowledgeable with water tanks, pumps and septic systems
- Experienced framer, with skills in building and working with wood is an asset
- General outdoor and resort maintenance/handy type work
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and team approach




- Repairs including plumbing, mechanical, heating, furnishings and fixtures, light carpentry, door and window repairs
- Perform other resort maintenance tasks as required including but not limited to property maintenance and cleaning
