Responsibilities

- Assist with base prep including shoveling, raking, grading, and compacting gravel
- Rake asphalt, assist with spreading, leveling, and roller operating
- Assist with Laying interlock pavers, screed bedding sand, assist with cuts and edging
- Load, unload, and move materials (pavers, asphalt, aggregates) safely and efficiently
- Keep tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized throughout the day
- Follow direction from crew leads while working efficiently alongside team members

Skills

- Previous experience as a construction labourer in asphalt, paving, Comfortable using hand tools, plate compactors, saws, and basic equipment
- Solid physical stamina — able to lift heavy materials and work long hours on your feet
- Good awareness of job site safety and ability to work in a crew environment
- Dependable, hard-working, and able to keep up with a fast-paced crew
- On time everyday

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
