Job Summary We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking Property Maintenance Labourer to join our team in West Edmonton (Winterburn).

This is a full-time position with steady, year-round work. The role involves a variety of outdoor and general maintenance tasks, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with their hands and handling different types of work day-to-day.

Responsibilities

- Reliable and punctual
- Own transportation (site is not transit-friendly)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Basic mechanical aptitude (asset)
- Previous labour or maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous




- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities

This position is ideal for individuals interested in outdoor work, landscaping, or construction fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
