Overview

Duties

- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and supplies as needed
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper storage of materials and tools
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
- Support site cleanup activities at the end of each workday to ensure a tidy and safe environment

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated individuals




- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Robust work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
