Hair Corner is seeking a licensed, self-employed hairstylist for a contract position providing hair care services in the on-site salon located in Kemptville.

We are looking for a hairstylist who is experienced in working with men, women and children, to ensure our diverse patient population has access to inclusive, high-quality hair care.

Position Details

- Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursday (excluding statutory holidays).
- Operating Hours: Services may be offered between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You may set your own schedule within these hours.
- Clientele: Online bookings, and walk-in clients are welcome.

Compensation & Support

- Commission-only position with earnings of 65% of all service sales, paid bi-weekly.
- No chair rental or salon rental fees.
- Opportunity to establish and grow a regular Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday clientele in a welcoming hair salon.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Licensed hairstylist in Ontario.
- Must carry your own qualified liability insurance.
- Must have your own tools.
- Experience working with a wide variety of hair types and textures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, respectful, person-centred care.
