Duties

- Assess patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, utilizing medical terminology and clinical expertise.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, including rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, especially in acute care and pediatrics settings.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and post-treatment exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with the latest physiotherapy practices,



incorporating evidence-based approaches into patient care.

Skills

- Proven experience working in hospital environments with a strong understanding of acute care procedures.
- Experience providing physiotherapy services to all populations is highly desirable.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient needs.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in quick-paced clinical settings.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly to patients and their families.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and patient interactions.

Pay: $40.00-$94.40 per hour
