Overview

We are looking for someone with accounting experience or formal accounting education who is comfortable working with accounting software, Excel, and digital systems. Key Responsibilities

- Accounting and Financial Administration
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
- Enter, organize, and verify financial transactions and supplier invoices.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, financial reports, and tracking sheets.
- Verify data accuracy and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
- Help improve reporting processes and maintain organized digital records.
- AI, Software Integration and Process Improvement
- Explore and implement AI tools and automation to reduce manual data entry and repetitive administrative work.
- Assist with integrating accounting software, POS systems, online ordering platforms, and other business applications.




- Identify opportunities to automate sales reconciliation, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
- Support the use of digital tools to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Help document and improve office procedures and workflows.

Qualifications

- Accounting experience, or a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- Positive numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with accounting software and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of AI tools and AI-powered business applications.
- Experience with software integration, workflow automation, or data management.
- Experience connecting or working with POS systems, online ordering platforms, and accounting software.
- Experience with multi-location businesses, restaurants, or retail operations.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
