We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting our sales team with day-to-day administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service or administrative support, and proficiency with computerized systems and EDI order management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage order entry, confirmation, and processing, including EDI transactions
- Work closely with the finance team to upload and process EDI invoices
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information using the appropriate systems and tools
- Handle customer complaints, identify solutions, and ensure timely follow-up to resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and supporting documentation
- Manage customer-specific requirements, including custom labeling, packaging, or documentation
- Prepare customer and product reports by gathering and analyzing relevant data




- Support Sales Representatives with tasks such as creating sell sheets and sales tracking documentation
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing reports, scheduling appointments, and sending correspondence
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with EDI systems, including order processing and invoice uploads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with computerized systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, order entry platforms, or CRM software)
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
