We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and attractive
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed




- Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales by explaining technical features of products when necessary
- Support team efforts through time management and organizational skills to meet sales goals

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred; experience in technology or product demos is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and educate customers effectively
- Prior experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous
