Position Summary:
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Class 1 Truck Driver will be responsible for operating Semi-Trucks safely and efficiently to haul materials and equipment to and from job sites. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Operate semi-trucks in a safe and professional manner
· Conduct thorough pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections
· Load, transport, and unload materials as required
· Maintain accurate logbooks and trip documentation
· Comply with all company, provincial, and site-specific safety policies
· Communicate effectively with logistics coordinators and site personnel
· Keep equipment clean and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
· Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with Air Brakes endorsement
· Clean driver’s abstract
· Minimum 5 years of semi‑truck driving experience preferred
· Experience low bedding and end dump hauling an asset
· Strong knowledge of road safety regulations
· Physically capable of moderate to heavy lifting
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude

Work Location: Winnipeg
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Some weekends if required.
Wage: Starting at $28 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay and travel per diem
