Workday HCM configuration expertise drives embedded customer adoption at Kainos, resolving technical blockers across live EDM environments. You will support enterprise clients directly.

This Forward Deployed Engineer operates across several Employee Document Management accounts concurrently. You will configure Workday, optimise EDM, and partner with Customer Success Managers. The work connects technical delivery, customer success, and sustained platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimise EDM and Workday configurations in customer environments
- Remediate configuration debt, performance constraints, and architectural limitations
- Resolve technical blockers and provide setting context for escalations
- Enable administrators through guides, documentation,



and reusable templates
- Track maturity milestones using adoption metrics and usage data

Requirements:

- HCM Workday certification with hands-on deployment experience
- Experience configuring live Workday environments
- Ability to build trusted relationships with client IT and HR teams
- Experience resolving complex integration and configuration challenges
- Ability to manage concurrent work across multiple accounts
