Requirements:

- Three years of compensation, reporting, systems, or total rewards experience
- Post-secondary education in business, human resources, or information systems
- Advanced Excel skills with complex datasets and formulas
- Solid data analysis, interpretation, and presentation experience
- Ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines
