Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist with shipping services, take passport photos and create social media content. This role involves working directly with customers and supporting our daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shipping: Help customers choose courier services, provide quotes, weigh and measure packages, prepare shipping labels and assist with packing and customs paperwork.
- Check sender and recipient details, organize parcels for pickup and process courier drop-offs.
- Respond to tracking inquiries and follow up on shipment issues with customers and courier providers.
- Passport Photos: Take passport, visa and identification photos for adults, children and infants. Guide customers on positioning and check that photos meet the required specifications.
- Prepare printed and digital photos, cut and stamp prints where required, and email digital copies to customers.
- Reply to customer emails about photos that will not upload or have been rejected. Check the issue,



adjust file dimensions or format where appropriate, and arrange retakes when needed.
- Social Media: Create posts, help develop content ideas and make promotional videos for our services. Creating and appearing in social media photos and videos is part of this role. Visit @easy_triptravels to see our content.
- Welcome customers, answer phone calls and emails, process payments and assist with general office tasks.

Requirements:

- Friendly communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using computers, email and online systems.
- Ability to manage several tasks and work cooperatively with a team.
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence taking photographs and appearing in promotional videos.
- Experience with shipping, passport photography, Canva or social media content creation is an asset... not a requirement. Training will be provided.
