Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Specialist to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance and support.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues promptly, diagnosing root causes and executing effective resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and calibration to uphold high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps clearly for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in training team members on new tools, systems, and best practices to foster a knowledgeable and capable workforce.

Experience

- Proven experience in support of engineering roles within fast paced environments including electronics,



and technical writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in diagnosing technical issues swiftly, preferably in electronics repair.
- A proactive learner who stays informed about the latest developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.50-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
