Duties

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to build a motivated, skilled team capable of achieving sales targets
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products effectively, and maintaining attractive store layouts
- Oversee inventory purchasing, stock levels, and product availability to meet customer demand
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records
- Implement marketing strategies to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements





- Proven supervising or management experience in retail or related fields with strong leadership skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor relations and conflict resolution
- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems, cashiering, and pricing strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills for team management, customer service, and marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, administrative tasks, and bookkeeping practices
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, sales management, and team supervision
- Proficiency in time management and problem-solving to handle multiple priorities seamlessly
