What you do :

- Track proposal development lifecycle from incoming proposal to final delivery including arranging internal proposal development meetings, proposal clarification submittals, addendums, amendments, tracking due dates, and developing proposals in consultation with Business Development and Operation teams
- Plan and execute written responses to RFPs/RFQs and other complex proposal requests
- Able to craft well organized, persuasive proposals with a clear and logical flow within tight deadlines
- Lead and participate in proposal strategy meetings
- Manage internal communication associated with proposal compilation and ensure stakeholder deliverables throughout process
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously; coordinate content providers in a multidisciplinary workplace
- Create and maintain library of key employee proposal resumes, project profiles, and any other relevant documents
- Update proposal database with statuses and debriefs; ensure a high standard of document control including downloading proposal files, creating project files, and maintaining files with all relevant documents throughout the proposal process
- Support and prepare for Business Development initiatives such as customer events, conferences, and tradeshows as required
- Designing marketing materials such as graphics, brochures, and banners to support Business Development initiatives




- Maintaining a Social Media calendar; organize and prepare social media postings
- Maintain visual and written brand standards to ensure professional representation
- Provide administrative support and services to the Business Development and Operations teams

What you bring :

- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal or technical writing
- Experience in marketing and social media is considered an asset
- Thorough understanding of written English and grammar
- Proactive with a passion for initiating and exploring innovative ideas
- Drive to improve processes and stay informed on industry trends and best practices
- Experience with CRM software and design tools such as Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva considered an asset
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint is a must
