Operations & Administration Lead

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the fast-moving, ever-changing world of non-profits; someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and isn’t afraid to jump in and solve problems as they arise (or before they do).

The Administrator is the operational lifeblood of WCD. You’ll work closely with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors - along with the Venue Technician, third-party contractors, and volunteers - to manage day-to-day accounting and finance, the entire theatre rental process, and all administrative tasks related to preparing for, executing, and wrapping up WCD’s productions.
