Who are we : PATH is a dynamic, privately held company developing real estate in British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State. While PATH has been actively developing commercial, retail, and residential real estate since 2003, its principals have been leaders in the industry for over 35 years. We are looking for an eager and hard-working individual to join the growing finance and asset management team in our downtown Vancouver head office. PATH is expanding its operations and team. Collaborating with the development, construction, sales and marketing and accounting, you will have a broad range of analytical responsibilities spanning across multiple asset classes. The PATH culture fosters strong career growth, and this role will be exposed to a variety of functions in a very active real estate development setting. Specifically :

- Help to create and maintain project proformas to assist with acquisitions, development, and corporate decision making




- Coordinate initial bank loan draws and work with accounting team on monthly draws while projects are under construction
- Provide analytical support for both debt and equity financing as required
- Assist with quarterly investor reporting and annual corporate business plans
- Maintain updated sales and construction market information.
- Ad hoc business analysis.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Passion for real estate and eagerness to learn
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Undergraduate degree, preferably with a focus on real estate, finance or mathematics.
- Experience in real estate industry is considered an asset but not required.
- Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
