Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and responsible Part Time Key Holder to join our team. In this vital role, you will support store management by overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining store standards. Duties

- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control
- Support sales efforts by promoting products and assisting customers with their purchases
- Supervise team members during shifts, including cashiering, stocking, and customer interactions
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) system operations
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization,



and visual merchandising standards to enhance shopping experience

Qualifications

- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or similar environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
- Proficiency with retail math, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and sales management techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
