Braber Equipment , a well-established Canadian-owned manufacturer, distributor, and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a customer-focused and professional individual to join their team as a Parts Advisor.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

- Process incoming orders using our ERP system (Syspro) and provide exceptional customer service and support.




- Maintain an efficient sales process through data entry, tracking sales orders, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Web Orders, as required.
- Other duties, as required.

Qualifications required :

- Agricultural or automotive mechanical knowledge required (Agriculture preferred)
- Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer support experience and skills
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Positive “Can-Do” attitude and results oriented focus
- Demonstrated commitment to professional and personal development
- Effective team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
