Job Overview

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products related to gardening, landscaping, or other retail items
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide product knowledge on horticulture, gardening supplies, and landscape maintenance tools
- Maintain merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized presentation of products
- Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting customers with online orders or inquiries
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in visual merchandising and store layout improvements to enhance shopping experience
- Perform general store upkeep to maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Requirements :

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance products




- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and organizational skills to keep displays appealing
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and store presentation efficiently

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
