- Part Time position, Friday Morning Shift 8 hrs, Accepting Delivery & Stocking Shelves.

- Comfortable working downtown dealing with allllllll sorts of patrons, good, bad and ugly and sometimes unicorns.

- Must be able to handle a VERY BUSYYYYYY - FAST PASED environment.

- Must be able to speak FLUENT ENGLISH, SERIOUSLY.....FLUENT. :

- You Are Strongly Encouraged to visit store in the afternoon's and introduce yourself to the store manager. _

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to enhance their performance and develop their skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organized and efficient store environment, including cleanliness and product presentation.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively for transactions and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the store manager on staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team meetings.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; previous management experience is a plus.
- Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient in technology sales; familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.

Are you able to work Fri Mornings 9am start, as well be available to work evenings and weekends, weekend evening shifts as well. Fri Early Mornings is an important shift. What is your availability? - Working at a Downtown Retail Liquor Store is a different environment. You got to have tough skin in handling all sorts of different people. The good, The Bad, & the Very Ugly. Are you Confident and Comfortable in dealing with situations of undesirables attempting to enter the store for the purpose of stealing. etc etc.
