Position Summary: Regional Account Manager - Western Canada - Salary: $75,000-85,000 plus commission - Job Description : Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Sales Professional or similar role, preferably in a regional capacity

- Industry experience is key - Knowledge of reefers, heaters as well as trucks and trailers

- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills

- Valid Driver’s license

- Willingness to travel as required within the region to meet clients - Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and objectives

- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that align with sales goals

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management





- Maintain and develop relationships with current customer base

- Provide expert advise on fleet maintenance and repairs

- New customer and revenue growth across western Canada
