Your Role as a Pursuit Strategy Lead:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Pursuit Strategy Lead, your role will include:

- Overseeing the development of comprehensive multidisciplinary proposals and pursuit submissions.
- Leading pursuit strategy from opportunity identification through submission, including win themes, positioning, team composition, resource allocation,



and pricing considerations.
- Using market intelligence, client insights, and historical pursuit data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that strengthen JLR's competitive position.
- Developing a deep understanding of JLR’s value proposition, portfolio, client base, and market presence to support informed pursuit decisions.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of the Buildings Market, Marketing & Proposals team, and discipline leads to develop high-quality, competitive submissions.
- Facilitating architectural go/no-go discussions and partnering with the Buildings Market Director to prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment, probability of success, and resource availability.
- Supporting client engagement strategies by helping teams identify key decision-makers, understand client priorities, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Maintaining and enhancing pursuit planning tools, opportunity pipelines, and pursuit metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coaching and mentoring staff on proposal development, pursuit planning, and best practices for competitive positioning.
