Inside Sales Representative – Precast Concrete

About Us

Diamond Precast Concrete & Casting Ltd. is a manufacturer of high-quality precast concrete products serving infrastructure and construction projects across British Columbia.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Abbotsford.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, building solid relationships, and supporting sales activities, including preparing quotations, estimates, and material take-offs.

Training will be provided, so previous experience in the precast concrete industry is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare sales quotations, cost estimates, and material take-offs based on customer requirements and project drawings.
- Review basic construction drawings and specifications to identify customer needs.
- Follow up on quotations and identify new sales opportunities.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and other departments to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests.




- Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, estimates, and quotations.
- Support daily sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with estimating, material take-offs, or reading construction drawings is an asset but not required.
- Experience in construction, building materials, or related industries is an asset.
