Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic workplace where attention to food safety and quality are paramount. The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals, ensuring proper food handling, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong interest in culinary arts.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Serve food to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all kitchen activities
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment




- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
