MacLeod Cares Surf Lodge Nursing Home is a 36-bed long-term care home located in Lockeport, Nova Scotia, overlooking Back Harbour. We are proud to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a close-knit community environment where Residents feel at home.

As a Laundry Worker you play an significant role in supporting the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our Residents. In this role, you will ensure Resident clothing and facility linens are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your attention to details and commitment to high standards help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)

· WHMIS Certification





· Previous cleaning experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting (preferred)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as part of a team

· Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods

A clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
