Tax & Accounting Experts is a family-owned accounting and taxation firm located in Mississauga (in the Dixie/401 area). We specialize in client taxation, provide payroll services and business consultations. We have a friendly work setting and are actively seeking an Accounting Clerk.

Accounting Clerk

- Input financial data into Microsoft Excel, create Pivot Tables to summarize data, and create financial statements.
- Use financial statements and other documents in order to input data into Cantax software and complete personal and corporate tax returns.
- Process weekly and biweekly payroll in Quickbooks for corporate clients.
- Use financial data from Excel to create HST Returns and then process them.
- Administrative work such as handling, organizing, and filing documents.
- Attending to clients, phone calls,



responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

- Attention to accuracy and detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proficiency or familiarity with Cantax and Quickbooks software.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting work experience.
- Experience with any of the above is an asset.
- Experience with Pivot Tables is an asset.
- Experience in creating Income Statements and Balance Sheets is an asset.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
