Sunhouse Babysitting Agency is looking for a warm, experienced nanny for a lovely family. It's a long-term role, and you'd be in sole charge during the day while a parent works from home.

- Age: 10 months, turning 1 in January
- December 2026: part time, Tue, Wed and Thu, 9am to 3pm (start as early as mid November)
- From January 2027: full time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- No driving, no overnights
- Location: Downtown Vancouver

What you'll do

- Full daytime care: bottles and meals, diapers, naps and daily routines
- Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks as the baby moves onto more solid foods
- Plan play and early learning activities: tummy time, crawling and walking, sensory play, music and books
- Daily walks and outings: parks, playgroups and library story times
- Support milestones like walking, talking and growing independence
- Keep the baby's things clean and organized,



including bottles, baby laundry and the nursery
- Give the parents daily updates on naps, meals and activities

What we're looking for

- Infant and toddler experience is a must (6 to 24 months)
- 3+ years of childcare or nanny experience
- Bonus: Montessori, Reggio Emilia or RIE-inspired experience, a background in culinary or nutrition training, or swimming and water safety experience
- Two childcare references
- Transparent criminal record check (vulnerable sector), plus First Aid and CPR
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Fluent English
- Warm, calm, reliable, and looking for long term

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
