Hope & Growth Therapy Services is a small, family-focused clinic that provides in-home therapy for children with autism and communication needs. We are looking for a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join us as an independent contractor.

What you’ll do

- Deliver speech and language therapy in clients’ homes, following plans set by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Work on early language, articulation, and social communication, with a focus on autistic children
- Write session notes and track progress toward each child’s goals
- Work with our behaviour therapy team and BCBA so families see consistent progress at home

What you bring

- CDA diploma or a related degree
- CDAAC certification (or eligibility for it)
- Experience working with children, ideally autistic children or children with language delays




- A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel locally in Peel Region
- A clear Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to get one before starting)
- Warm, professional communication with parents

Nice to have

- 1+ years of pediatric speech and language experience
- Familiarity with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP)
