Teamcenter Technical Consultant / PLM Solution Architect

Location: Canada / USA / Barbados

Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid (Based on Project Requirements)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Technical Consultant / PLM Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise PLM architecture, large-scale Teamcenter implementations, enterprise integration, data migration, compliance processes, and digital thread solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and delivering complex Teamcenter transformation programs, defining enterprise PLM roadmaps, and collaborating with global business, engineering, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations and transformation programs.
- Define enterprise PLM roadmaps, target architectures,



solution blueprints, and global implementation strategies.
- Design Teamcenter data models, product structures, workflows, lifecycle processes, access controls, and configuration management solutions.
- Architect solutions for Part Management, BOM Management, Document Management, Change Management, Classification, and Requirements Management.
- Design integrations between Teamcenter and SAP ECC/S/4HANA, MES, ALM, QMS, and other enterprise applications.
- Provide architectural guidance for Teamcenter Active Integration Gateway (AIG), APIs, middleware, and event-driven integration frameworks.
- Design MCAD/ECAD integration strategies, BOM synchronization, engineering release, and change management processes.
- Define digital thread architecture connecting requirements, design, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and compliance.
- Provide technical direction for legacy PLM data migration, including Agile PLM to Teamcenter.
- Lead technical workshops, fit-gap assessments, architecture reviews, and solution estimation activities.
- Guide development teams on Teamcenter customization, configuration, and implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with business leadership, engineering teams, technical architects,



and global delivery stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong Siemens Teamcenter architecture, implementation, and customization expertise.
- Hands-on knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, SOA, REST APIs, Dispatcher, and Active Workspace.
- Experience defining enterprise PLM roadmaps and architecture blueprints.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter Active Integration Gateway (AIG).
- Experience with SAP and enterprise application integrations.
- Knowledge of PLM migration architecture and legacy system modernization.
- Expertise in BOM, Change Management, Document Management, and product lifecycle workflows.
- Experience delivering large-scale global transformation programs.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Siemens Teamcenter architecture certification.
- Experience with Teamcenter X or cloud-based PLM.
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing.
- Experience leading complex, multi-vendor PLM transformation programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A senior PLM Consultant/ architect with demonstrated experience leading enterprise Teamcenter implementations, defining solution roadmaps, integrating enterprise applications, and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Pay: $87,300.00-$150,000.00 per year
