We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Immigration Case Worker to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on Canadian immigration case processing experience within Canada, with experience handling both Permanent Residence (PR) and Temporary Residence applications.

Fluency in both English and Punjabi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and organize immigration applications and supporting documents.
- Handle Permanent Residence (PR) files and Temporary Residence applications, including visitor visas, study permits, work permits, and extensions.
- Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Monitor application status, deadlines, and requests from IRCC.
- Communicate with clients in English and Punjabi regarding documentation requirements and case updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with procedural fairness letters and other immigration-related submissions, as required.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of Canadian immigration case processing experience gained within Canada.
- Hands-on experience with both PR and Temporary Residence files.
- Fluency in English and Punjabi (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures and IRCC application processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

- Experience with PRRA (Pre-Removal Risk Assessment) applications.
- Experience handling refugee and refugee protection-related cases.
- Experience preparing complex immigration submissions and supporting documentation.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
