Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Window Wall & Curtain Wall Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining high-quality window and curtain wall systems on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a variety of skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

- Install window wall and curtain wall systems according to project specifications and schematics
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and secure wall systems
- Perform related tasks such as drywall installation, caulking, restoration work, and construction painting as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout the project
- Assist with the setup of scaffolding, ladders, or lifts for elevated installations
- Conduct quality checks to verify proper fit, finish, and adherence to design specifications




- Troubleshoot installation issues and perform repairs or adjustments as necessary

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a focus on window or curtain wall systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, plumbing basics, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting is a plus
- Robust understanding of restoration processes and building codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights using scaffolding or lifts safely
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

Pay: $29.02-$40.00 per hour
