Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and oversee the daily functions of our organization. This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence, fostering business growth, and ensuring the seamless execution of company initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, expertise in process improvement, and a proven track record in business development. As a key member of the executive team, the Director of Operations will shape the company's operational strategy and cultivate a high-performance culture.

Duties

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee business development efforts to expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
- Manage project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and vendor agreements to maximize value for the organization.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and implementing innovative solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational objectives with overall business strategy.




- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development among staff.

Experience

- Proven experience in senior operations management or executive leadership roles within a relevant industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, process improvement, and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in business development, including market analysis and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building effective partnerships and driving organizational change.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.

Pay: $170,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Supply Chain Performance & Operational Excellence: 10 years (preferred)
- Inventory, Distribution & Customer Fulfillment: 10 years (preferred)
- Operational Systems & Continuous Improvement: 10 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 10 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Lean Six Sigma, EOS, or similar operating methodologies (preferred)
