We are a new and growing childcare company in south Calgary, focused on creating high-quality, welcoming environments for children, families and educators.

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated Centre Manager to lead our established location and play an key role in the planned opening of a second centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident childcare leader who enjoys building strong teams, overseeing daily operations and contributing to the growth of a developing organisation. As we expand, there is potential to progress into a multi-site leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, staffing and programming
- Lead, support and develop a strong early childhood education team
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Manage enrolment, scheduling, ratios and centre documentation
- Maintain compliance with Alberta childcare licensing requirements
- Support the opening of the second location, including staffing, enrolment and operational setup

Qualifications & Experience

- Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification




- At least two years of leadership experience in licensed childcare
- Strong knowledge of Alberta childcare licensing requirements
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification, including Level C
- Ability to provide a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Intervention Record Check
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to centre management

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting salary of $60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
- Bonus opportunities and eligible Alberta ECE wage top-ups
- Compensation review as the business grows and the role expands to include additional site responsibilities
