Experienced Dental Receptionist

Meraki Dental is looking for an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of dental reception experience (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, claims, predeterminations, and CDCP.
- Experience with patient accounts, billing, payment processing, refunds, and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling, recalls, treatment coordination, and front-desk duties.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and practice management software.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Key: Dental clinic experience is mandatory. General medical or non-dental reception experience will not be considered.
