We’re looking for 5 driven individuals to join one of the largest student-run home service businesses in the city. This role is designed for people who want hard work, responsibility, and real skill development, not comfort.

What You’ll Be Doing

Going door-to-door offering free estimates for:

- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Power washing
- Polymeric Sand Installation

Speaking with homeowners face-to-face
Learning how to:

- Handle objections
- Communicate confidently
- Book estimates at the door
- Representing a skilled brand in assigned neighborhoods

This is outdoor work.
Some days are sunny and great.
Some days are cold, rainy, or uncomfortable — especially early in the season.

That’s the point.

Training & Support

- No experience required
- Full training provided starting November
- You’ll be coached on:
- Communication
- Objection handling
- Consistency & discipline
- Ongoing feedback — you must be coachable

Schedule & Commitment

- Part-time
- Minimum 12 hours per week
- Start date: Late January
- Flexible scheduling, but consistency is required
